BUSINESS AND SITE CRITERIA

Must be Auto Glass Only

if the business is combined with Commercial Glass, we can look to purchase only the Auto Glass business.

Minimum 3 years of Operating History

Mobile and In-shop service is preferred

Minimum $700,000 in Annual Revenue.

Brokers and Business Intermediaries

are welcome to submit deals. We will pay 3% for the buyer side agent commissions for any deal that is submitted to us and closes.
